Areas of Practice

ADHD Coaching

An ADHD life coach is a trained professional who helps individuals with ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms manage their challenges and achieve personal goals. Their role is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented, focusing on practical strategies to address difficulties caused by ADHD symptoms such as inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. ADHD coaching is not therapy. While therapy often addresses psychological barriers or emotional healing, coaching operates within a wellness model aimed at behavioral change and skill-building to improve quality of life. ADHD coaching can enhance self-esteem, well-being, executive functioning, and overall life satisfaction by helping clients create systems tailored to their needs and strengths

Spectrum Coaching

An autism spectrum coach provides personalized support and guidance to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families, aiming to enhance communication, social skills, independence, and overall quality of life. Coaches assist individuals with ASD in developing practical skills such as communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and daily functioning.  They help manage challenging behaviors by creating positive routines and strategies tailored to the individual's needs.  Coaches work collaboratively with clients to identify personal or professional goals and create structured plans to achieve them.  They provide resources, emotional guidance, and training for families to better understand and support their loved ones with ASD.  Autism coaches also  advocate for their clients by connecting them with services, resources, and opportunities that improve their quality of life.  Coaching fosters independence, improves communication skills, enhances social interactions, and helps individuals with ASD integrate these improvements into daily life. It also provides families with tools to manage behaviors effectively.

Life Coaching

Fashion law is a little bit like the Wild West. There’s a lot of potential, but the rules can be convoluted and vague at best. Protecting a brand or even a single design involves intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, and patents. A successful case requires creativity and flexibility. Harris Ingram represents boutique design houses like Marta and Thorne, individual designers like Mara Bond, and illustrators and graphic designers. We protect their products against copycats large and small, and guide them through manufacturing ethics and labeling laws.
